We are currently working with a Top 10 UK accountancy firm who are looking to grow their national Employer Solutions team with the appointment of a Share Plans & Reward Assistant Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded and forward-thinking practice, supporting a wide variety of clients with share scheme design, implementation, and tax advisory services. The client base ranges from high-growth entrepreneurial businesses to global groups and private equity-backed organisations.
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
- Work closely with clients to design and implement tailored employee incentive schemes
- Provide expert advice on tax treatment and compliance for a wide range of share plans
- Draft legal documentation to support share scheme implementation
- Support senior colleagues with project delivery and client relationship management
- Advise on valuations for tax purposes and contribute to international share incentive planning

- Experience within a Share Plans / Reward team in a professional services, legal or consulting environment
- Relevant qualification (CTA, ATT, ACA, Solicitor) or qualified by experience
