We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Basildon on a part-time basis. This role involves scheduling appointments, liaising with clients and subcontractors to meet Service Level Agreements, and ensuring materials are ready for appointments. What are you going to do?
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and supervisors to schedule appointments.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
- Liaise with supervisory teams and buyers to ensure materials are ready.
- Use the MSi system to schedule operatives and subcontractors.
- Discuss complex repairs and deal with demanding customers.
