We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Laser Operator to join a night shift production team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with advanced CNC laser machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor CNC laser cutting machines
- Set up jobs according to production specifications and drawings
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy
- Record production data and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere to health & safety and company quality standards
- Previous experience operating laser cutting machinery (e.g., Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada)
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand tolerances
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Comfortable working independently on night shifts
- Basic understanding of materials (mild steel, stainless, aluminium) is advantageous
