We’re hiring an Assistant Management Accountant on behalf of our client to join their growing team in central London.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing and recording invoices and payments
- Maintaining accurate accounts payable ledgers
- Supporting monthly management account preparation
- Posting and preparing accruals and prepayments
- Performing daily bank reconciliations
- Engaging regularly with key stakeholders
- Assisting with ad hoc financial reporting and other accounting tasks
The successful candidate will be AAT / ACCA / CIMA part-qualified (or equivalent), with 2–3 years’ experience in a finance function. You’ll be confident preparing trial balances and handling prepayments and accruals. Experience with Sage X3 is a strong advantage. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work independently and manage priorities are essential.
In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary of £35,000 – £37,000 per annum plus a 15% annual bonus. This role is fully office-based for the first 3 months, moving to hybrid working thereafter.
