At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible. For this job you\’ll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you\’ll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our London, Swindon or Northampton office. What Youll Be Doing Youll be responsible for shaping and managing the delivery of key Current Account product deliveries, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers, commercial ambitions and operate within our risk and control environment. Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of business change and provide support to larger scale projects. Risk Management: Proactively manage the risks involved with any projects and deliveries, ensuring appropriate escalation to senior management when required. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to ensure successful product launches and to deliver change and put things right when things go wrong. Stakeholder management: Developing and owning strong and effective stakeholder relationships across the business to influence, shape and deliver change. About you Playing such an important role within the team means as a minimum youll have: A strong knowledge of current accounts and the wider market. Experienced in product related change within financial services. Can demonstrate awareness of relevant governance and control practices associated with project delivery. Experience of managing multiple projects, prioritising and meeting deadlines. Excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to coordinate and influence across a wide range of stakeholders. A detailed and analytical approach which enables you to spot issues and opportunities to improve. Strong problem-solving skills to overcome delivery challenges.
