Role Overview

This is a great opportunity to establish yourself in a key role within Medefer. You will manage and develop the delivery of high-quality services to our clients and stakeholders, ensuring an excellent patient pathway experience, meeting service level agreements, and continuously improving based on feedback. Key Responsibilities

  • Advising projects on test scope and best practices
  • Completing test assurance for third-party development deliveries
  • Reviewing technical designs from a testing perspective
  • Facilitating workshops and kickoff calls for testing phases
  • Managing triage calls and defect tracking
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues
  • Identifying suitable automation tools and creating automated test scripts using BDD frameworks
  • Developing and executing test plans
  • Analyzing data in SQL Server to identify issues
  • Ensuring test automation aligns with requirements and coverage
  • Analyzing automation results and raising defects
  • Working with development teams to improve testing cycle times
  • Reporting automation progress and results
  • Maintaining logs of test results
  • Escalating risks and issues to leadership
  • Preparing and executing test scenarios and scripts
  • Setting up KPI dashboards for QA health monitoring
  • Promoting professionalism and a positive brand image
