The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
Their residential home is for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. This service provides 25 single-occupancy, self-contained flats plus two flats for two people. Their homes in England deliver residential support and nursing care for people with physical and/or intellectual disabilities. They are committed to creating caring communities that promote inclusion and wellbeing for the people they support. They combine enabling support with a vibrant home life, and maximise opportunities for residents to enjoy a full and independent life.
