About the Role
First Class Lounge Host at Cathay Pacific Terminal 3 Heathrow Airport

Package Description
- £13.10 hourly rate
- 37.5 hours contract
- 4 on and 2 off pattern (2 early and 2 late)

Main Responsibilities
- To be able to present the menu to customers and be familiar with all dishes.
- To ensure that Service Standards and Procedures are always followed.
- To ensure all counters are set up to the agreed standard and specification.
- To ensure that a ready supply of all service items is always available, liaising with Chefs and back of house staff to ensure a smooth, efficient service to our customers.
- To ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- To ensure the dining area is kept clean.
- To provide refills of water and other beverages.
- To be able to accommodate customers' needs and questions.

- To attend all location meetings as required.
- To show commitment to company values in all aspects of your role.
- To act as a positive ambassador for the business.
- To attend to any reasonable request made by the client or Sodexo Management.
- To co-operate with all team members and undertake duties in the kitchen/service areas as requested to ensure an efficient and effective service is always delivered.
- To follow objectives set by management and use the training given when necessary.

Essential
- Previous experience working in a hospitality role
- Excellent customer service
- The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail
- Knowledge of food safety and COSHH (advantageous)
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- The ability to demonstrate great teamwork
- The ability to follow instructions
