Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Team Manager, you’ll be leading a team of telesales professionals, helping them grow, perform, and succeed. Your role is all about creating a high-energy, supportive environment where people are motivated to hit targets — and feel good doing it.
- Lead and inspire your sales team to meet and beat performance targets.
- Monitor call centre metrics and spot ways to improve both customer experience and team results.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and support to help each person be their best.
- Keep a close eye on KPIs and use your know-how to drive consistent performance.
- Use your commercial brain to suggest new ideas and improve how we do things.
- Work closely with other teams (like operations, marketing, and compliance) to keep everything running smoothly.

- Experience leading a telesales or contact centre team — you\’re confident managing performance and building team culture.
- A strong understanding of sales metrics, targets, and what makes teams tick.
