This role involves working on various operating systems and hardware, supporting customers via a helpdesk, and delivering onsite assistance when required. A strong focus on customer service and effective resource management is essential. The position involves a mix of office-based and onsite work, with occasional out-of-hours support. Key Responsibilities: Supporting Microsoft desktop and server operating systems, including associated hardware. Handling technical incidents and service requests. Providing escalation support for other engineers. Responding effectively to customer inquiries.
