The Role:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, proactively develop a talent pipeline, train and supervise a team of Personal Trainer/Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors. Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
- Member Engagement: Interact with members to understand their fitness goals, provide guidance, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the fitness areas and equipment. Ensure all safety and health regulations are met.
- Deliver an excellent member experience in the club through a constant focus on service and standards, alongside the Gym Manager.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Group Exercise: Manage and improve GEX offering within the gym.
You will play a key part in creating a great place to work – and workout – for both your team and gym members. As a Fitness Manager at PureGym, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fitness operations. You will lead a team of fitness professionals, ensure high-quality service delivery, and contribute to the growth and retention of our membership base.
Outside of your Fitness Manager role, you can complete up to 10x personal training sessions per week.
