We’re looking for a part time (22.2 hours) Recruitment Partner who can lead on recruitment across the group supporting managers to bring in the best people aligned to our values. We’re looking for people who want to drive change and make a significant difference by contributing to the aims of our diverse and inclusive organisation.
Your new role
- Join us and take the opportunity to set up our internal resourcing processes.
- Manage our end to end recruitment process.
- Help us improve our onboarding experience for managers and candidates.
- Work across the group with managers and leaders at all levels.
- Set up and develop our talent pipelines working with local education institutions.
- Help us to bring in our first apprentice cohort.
- Work in a small and supportive People team.
What you’ll bring
- Significant experience as an internal recruiter.
- Previous experience of managing a variety of recruitment campaigns from start to finish.
- Previous experience of using an ATS and utilising recruitment data to drive improvement.
- Experience of managing recruitment agency contracts.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills.

- Attractive salary between £36,000 and £42,000 (full time equivalent) depending on experience.
