Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for experienced Vehicle Parts Advisors for our client in Northampton. We are looking for someone passionate about vehicles and customer service.
The Duties
- Co-ordinate with trade customers on their parts enquiries
- Deliver an aftersales experience to customers to the highest possible standard
- Co-ordinate effectively with the Aftersales team to ensure that any information on the status of a service is communicated to the customers
- Carry out parts stock takes regularly and order parts when required
- Ensure all services documentations are completed and align with the company governing standards
About You
- You must have a passion for vehicles and outstanding customer service.
- It is essential that you have worked in the automotive industry before. This can be on cars or vans.
- Strong attention to detail
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with progression pathway in place
- Must have a UK Driving licence.
