We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized IT Asset and Deployment Specialist to manage and streamline the deployment and tracking of IT devices and ensure effective communication across teams. The role requires hands-on expertise in inventory management, asset tracking, and email handling, along with a foundational understanding of Microsoft Intune and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Device Deployment:
  • Oversee the preparation, configuration, and deployment of IT devices to end-users.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of new and used devices within the inventory system.
  • Email Management:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails effectively and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Track and maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including new and used devices.
  • Monitor and manage the in-and-out movement of devices at the warehouse (WH).
  • Oversee asset transfer processes and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
  • MIS Reporting:
  • Generate and maintain reports to monitor IT asset utilisation, transfers, and inventory status.
  • Provide periodic updates to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Microsoft Office Expertise:
  • Use MS Office Suites efficiently for reporting, documentation, and communication.
  • Microsoft Intune:
  • Apply mid-level knowledge of Microsoft Intune for basic device management and troubleshooting.
  • Build Process Troubleshooting (Optional):
  • Perform basic troubleshooting during the device build process when required.
  • Attention to Detail:
  • Ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks, from email communication to asset tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT asset management, device deployment, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and MIS reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and IT build processes is a plus.
