BMSL require an experienced Administrator for a busy Engineering Office in the South Side of Glasgow. The role will involve & include these duties:

  • Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate
  • Use Outlook, Word and Excel on a day-to-day basis
  • Dealing with incoming e-mail and post
  • Producing documents, reports and presentations to a high standard
  • Printing, scanning and binding as required
  • Ordering stationery for the office and on an ad-hoc basis for other sites
  • Printing, scanning and filing duties
  • Liaising with staff and clients in an effective and professional manner
  • Maintaining office systems
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for the region as required and maintaining a log of all travel and accommodation bookings
