Main Responsibilities:- Meeting and greeting: Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Meeting room management: Coordinate bookings using a computerised system and ensure rooms are perfectly prepared.
- Switchboard duties: Handle occasional call transfers (most calls are direct).
- Client liaison: Communicate effectively with PAs, directors, and other teams to facilitate seamless operations.
- Event support: Assist in organising client events and meetings.
- Administrative tasks: Arrange couriers, manage catering requests, and perform ad hoc office support duties.
- Attention to detail: Conduct floor walks to ensure front-of-house areas maintain high standards.
