- To greet and acknowledge a customer immediately on entry to the store, in a polite and courteous manner and to maintain contact whilst they are in the store.
- To engage with the customer in order to fully understand their needs and then provide the appropriate help and support to ensure an impeccable customer experience.
- To develop excellent knowledge of up-to-date product and unique selling points to promote product benefits to our customers.
- To provide advice and guidance to customers on our products and services to ensure we meet their expectations.
- To immediately escalate customer requests or problems to ensure they are resolved in line with company standards.

- To have an understanding of the store KPIs and how to influence them.

- To carry out all sales transactions correctly and efficiently.

- To constantly replenish product on the shop floor to ensure VM standards are met.
- To reduce stock loss in store by being aware of stock loss and prevention techniques.
- To maintain high standards of personal dress and appearance, presenting a professional, smart and tidy appearance.
- To complete any other tasks that may be requested as and when required, depending on the changing needs of the business.
- To be good ambassadors for the brand.
- To develop and maintain good relationships with management and colleagues.
- Knowledge of company stock loss expectations.
- To ensure sales transactions are efficiently and accurately carried out.
