We are looking for a full-time Legal Assistant to work at a friendly and growing conveyancing legal firm in Wales, walking distance from Abercynon train station with free on-site parking. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Main Duties
- Provide administrative support to conveyancer
- Handle communication with clients
- Prepare and file basic legal documents and correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in legal office work
- Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Office
- Excellent command of English
- Strong secretarial and organizational skills
- Experience acting as a first point of contact, handling correspondence and phone calls
