Special Needs Teaching Assistant (Full Time, Temp – Perm) Maghull, Sefton £14 – £16 per hour (salary depending on experience) September 2025 The School and the Role A welcoming mainstream primary school is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with a strong focus on autism. The school takes great pride in its role as a true community resource, offering a safe and nurturing environment for vulnerable children and families. As part of this commitment, it benefits from a specialist resourced autism base, providing targeted support for pupils with an ASC diagnosis. This role is an ongoing temp to permanent position for the right candidate.
