You will be responsible for handling one or more diverse IT projects, for example in business change or platform modernisation and will typically be responsible for handling and supporting multiple squads and IT delivery functions. You will need to be able to engage with Senior Stakeholders, orchestrate the contribution of our global colleagues and resolve impediments to ensure project goals and requirements are met. Alignment withIT Controls and budget management are also integral to the role. Responsibilities: Leading the development of the project proposal and plan (EPIC RoadMap) to resolve timeframe, budget, resource requirements, work with Scrum teams SM/PO and technical teams Coordinating the technical, organizational, management and financial aspects of the project, defining the overall project governance and organisation, the result scope, and the associated responsibilities Regularly reporting project progress at all levels, including sponsor, senior management and/or Clients, using standard tools (. Service Now) and other mechanisms (Presentations) Negotiating changes in project specification or scope with the project sponsor / client. Convincingly communicating the project and win buy-in from the sponsor/client, possibly using the support of business or technical subject matter experts Leading projects for which the unusual size, timeframe or complexity requires the ability to deal with change requests Removing impediments from the Project (leading conflicting interests, negotiating inputs between different parties, proactively identifying issues and risks and adjust scope if required) Working with stakeholders and greater tribe to continuously improve (quality, productivity), ensuring delivery and deliverables (documentation) following defined Euroclear Agile methodology, standards and guidelines Analysing the requirements with the project sponsor/customer and with the support of the Enterprise Architect / Application Architects in order to evaluate the project feasibility within the scope of a pre-defined strategy Requirements: Certification with a recognised Agile Project Management qualification would be beneficial – . Prince2 Agile or PMI ACP or relevant experience Good business and technical understanding, gained over several infrastructure and application development projects, and the communication skills to influence decisions taken with the project sponsor/client Consistent record of leading medium to large projects encompassing all stages of the life-cycle from requirements through design, build, testing, client acceptance and launch Experience of managing the financial aspects of a project and to project plan, report regularly and supervise project execution, to ensure the projects risk and the costings is identified Experience in wholesale financial markets, ideally with some knowledge of settlement of UK bonds and/or equities Experience working in an Agile delivery environment, working with Scrum delivery teams, Scrum Masters and Product Owners to deliver the project outcomes Experienced in using project planning tools such as MS Project, and Agile governance tools such as MS Azure DevOps and Jira Able to efficiently produce progress reports and minute risks, issues and decisions #J-18808-Ljbffr
