An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Proclaim Developer to join a fast-growing and leading specialist law firm in the UK. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative, team-based environment, focusing on the development and enhancement of Access Proclaim, the core system that underpins business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance the Proclaim case management system, including creating new workflows and templates.
- Optimise existing workflows to improve efficiency and functionality.
- Work within set deadlines to support business priorities and ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with users and managers to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Test and deploy system changes, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
- Provide go-live support where necessary.
- Offer technical application support to internal and external users, liaising with third-party suppliers when required.
- Assist the Service Desk, taking ownership of support calls until resolution or escalation.
- Manage the Proclaim database, ensuring regular upgrades and patches are applied in line with vendor specifications.
- Work independently or as part of a team on development projects.
- Be flexible to work outside standard hours when required for urgent development work or project rollouts.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
