You have the capability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer, to challenge and inspire them. To achieve this, you combine technical and functional knowledge. You can move your customers to adopt best practices, think in terms of end-to-end processes, and build a sustainable reference architecture (scalable, maintainable, and performant). During the implementation phase, you stay involved in projects and guide the implementation team. You will be involved in Delaware innovation initiatives, collaborating with colleagues specialized in Azure, D ERP, Microsoft Teams, etc., to design integrated solutions. You are committed to expand your knowledge by staying up-to-date on the latest technologies in your field and mentoring your less-experienced colleagues.
