About The Role
The role comprises of supporting the Management of the day-to-day scheduling for the operational teams, including identifying PPMs due in future months, allocating the correct engineer with the right skillset for the job and chasing that job through to completion ensuring the correct paperwork is uploaded to keep us and clients 100% compliant.
You will also support the scheduling and CRT by monitoring and updating all PPM jobs on the third party CAFM systems, taking data, ETA's and documents from our CAFM system and uploading it into Elogbooks. Chasing overdue maintenance visits with our specialist supply chain to gather certificates and uploading paperwork/certification into our CAFM system and clients' third party systems where required. The Role will support with any ad-hoc administration tasks required by either the scheduling or CRT teams.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Working with the Scheduling Supervisor to streamline operational performance via interrogation of current process to introduce continuous business improvement to data quality and adherence to the delivery of PPM labour.
- To develop the systems functionality including sub-contractor application, operational dashboard and reporting, energy capture, IoT and smart meters.
- Attend client, team and any other meetings deemed necessary to fulfil your role adequately.
- Scheduling on CAFM system of all PPM labour to budget in accordance with PPM planners issued by Contract Managers, for new, renewed and cancelled contracts.
- Manage the review and action of tasks through the Linaker CAFM system or any client 3rd party systems / CAFM systems.
- Work with our specialist subcontractors to ensure PPMs completed on time and paperwork uploaded into our systems within 14 days.
What We Are Looking For
- Good basic written and numerical skills.
- IT literate and intermediate user of Microsoft Office.
- An understanding of the operational functions and basic entry knowledge of operational service delivery.
- An understanding of expectation, deadlines, targets both internally and externally.
- Good understanding of CAFM and helpdesk processes.
- Strong administration and teamwork essential.
- Experience of working with external and internal clients.
- Problem solving capabilities.
- Understanding of general engineering practices.
Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm
THE PACKAGE
A competitive starting salary of £26,000-£28,000 with annual pay reviews. 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays. Plenty of opportunity for progression. Health care, life insurance and medical insurance available after a qualifying period.
