The Role
We are looking for someone to work within the Hospitality and Catering department of the Curriculum Centre. Duties will include the responsibility for the daily line management of a team of technicians and catering assistants. Duties also include ensuring teaching spaces are prepared for tutors and students, processing and approving orders and invoices in conjunction with the College's financial regulations.
What are we looking for
You must be qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 in Catering (or equivalent) and have a level 2 Maths & English qualification (or equivalent). You must also have a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate alongside relevant experience of working within the catering profession. You will also have experience of purchase requisitions and processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
