Lettings Accounts Assistant / Administrator (Block Management) – Bromsgrove – up to £26k
My client is a long established independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand with several offices around the Worcestershire / West Midlands area. Due to increased lettings business, they are looking to recruit a permanent Full Time Lettings Accounts Assistant / Administrator to join their Block Management team based in Bromsgrove.
Main Duties for the Lettings Accounts Assistant / Administrator Role:
- Overseeing raising of Service Charge and Ground Rent invoices
- Calculating and setting up monthly Direct Debits for customers
- Overseeing chasing of outstanding debts in accordance with the lease
- Calculating water, gas and electricity charges where necessary
- Overseeing contractor invoices are being paid
- Calculating and raising management fees for all sites
- Calculating and handling all VAT registered sites.
- Preparation of year end accounts
- Calculating voids and dealing with Freeholder and Lessee queries
Skills Required:
- Accurate and Confident.
- Analytical mind.
- Attention to detail and Meticulous.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work alone.
- Excellent IT skills.
- 1 – 2 years accounts experience
Working Hours – Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm with an hour lunch
