My client is a long established independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand with several offices around the Worcestershire / West Midlands area. Due to increased lettings business, they are looking to recruit a permanent Full Time Lettings Accounts Assistant / Administrator to join their Block Management team based in Bromsgrove.
Main Duties for the Lettings Accounts Assistant / Administrator Role:
- Overseeing raising of Service Charge and Ground Rent invoices
- Calculating and setting up monthly Direct Debits for customers
- Overseeing chasing of outstanding debts in accordance with the lease
- Calculating water, gas and electricity charges where necessary
- Overseeing contractor invoices are being paid
- Calculating and raising management fees for all sites
- Calculating and handling all VAT registered sites
- Preparation of year end accounts
- Calculating voids and dealing with Freeholder and Lessee queries
