About the Role: We are seeking a skilled NAV / Business Central Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will work closely with consultants and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to client requirements, with occasional client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support bespoke NAV / BC solutions using AL, C/AL, and C#.NET
  • Collaborate with consultants to analyse requirements and design technical specifications
  • Deliver upgrades, custom reports, and system enhancements
  • Perform system testing, documentation, and post-deployment support
  • Create integrations using APIs, Power Platform tools, and web services
  • Occasionally attend client sites for installations and support

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in NAV / BC development
  • Strong skills in AL development and Extensions 2.0
  • Experience with C#.NET and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code aligned with best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
