Assistant Store Manager - Luxury

This exciting premium retailer is looking for an assistant manager to join this luxury retailer in their Kings Road store. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury retail, with experience in training teams, managing the store on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Deputise for the store manager
Drive and develop the team of sales assistants along side the manager
Help drive sales performance and ensure a premium customer experience

Experience Required:
Previous experience as a deputy or assistant manager for a premium fashion retailer
High levels of customer service
Strong leadership and communication skills
Previous experience of managing and developing a team
