Head of Education

The Rotherham United Academy is seeking a dedicated Education Coordinator to oversee and develop the club\’s education programmes for academy players. This role involves supporting the SEP apprenticeship programme, liaising with safeguarding officers, building relationships with educational partners, and ensuring the educational progression of all academy players. The coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with EFL YD Rules, supporting parental engagement, managing educational resources, and participating in various meetings and training sessions. The ideal candidate will have experience in educational programme management within a sports or youth development context, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and equality policies.
