Brio Digital is recruiting a business analyst to work on a programme of national importance within the NHS.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing current processes (\”as is\”) and designing improved processes (\”to be\”) to enhance service delivery within the NHS. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a meaningful project within the healthcare sector.
Business Analyst Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business processes (\”as is\”) within the NHS framework.
- Identify areas for improvement and document current workflows and procedures.
Process Design:
- Develop and design future state processes (\”to be\”) that align with project goals and NHS standards.
- Create detailed process maps and workflow diagrams to support the envisioned changes.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs and constraints.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment and buy-in.
Documentation:
- Produce comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Gap Analysis
- Perform gap analysis to identify the differences between current state and future state processes.
- Provide recommendations and strategies to bridge the identified gaps.
Change Management:
- Support the implementation of new processes and ensure a smooth transition from \”as is\” to \”to be\” states.
- Assist in training and supporting end-users during the changeover period.
