A well established and leading producer of large format digital print services to the retail, exhibition and creative sectors is currently looking to recruit an experienced large format digital printer operator to join their night shift team. You will be responsible for producing high quality large format digital prints using a variety of machines and substrates. Previous experience is essential and you will ideally currently be working in a similar role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and operating a variety of large format digital printers
- Progressing jobs through RIP software (Caldera) and outputting to digital printers
- Quality checking all work ensuring it is output to the highest standard
- Liaising with the finishing department, QC work then pass to them to meet deadlines
- Routine maintenance of machinery
You will have:
- A strong background as an experienced large format, ideally of operating Vutek, Canon printers
- Experience with RIP Software
- Good organisational skills and proven leader
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility for working hours, working overtime at short notice if needed
