- Ensuring declarations and changes are reported timely and taking corrective actions if errors are identified.

- Working collaboratively within a team and contributing to team goals.
- Promoting fraud awareness within DWP and to external partners.
- Gathering, verifying, and assessing information to assist Decision Makers in benefit reassessment and overpayment calculations.
- Keeping accurate records and managing sensitive evidence appropriately.
