Responsibilities
- Building security
- Preparing rooms / areas for use by groups
- Setting up and dismantling equipment as required
- Carrying out routine planned maintenance on equipment
- Monitoring, reporting on and carrying out cleaning/maintenance duties
- Ensuring that Health and Safety standards are complied with

- Experience in carrying out basic care and maintenance duties of property
- Working with people
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- First aid Certificate*
- Ability to follow routines / instructions
- Capable of working unsupervised
