Responsibilities:
- Undertake technical projects whilst optimising resources and costs.
- Carry out regular health and safety checks to ensure safe working environments and the safety of others e.g. RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
- Ensure necessary project materials are available, reporting deficiencies to Technical Projects Senior Engineer or Foreman.
- Build strong working relationships with clients.
- Ensure the safe keeping of issued equipment.
- Follow an agreed code of conduct when on site and representing Stark.
- Accurately capture and relay accurate technical information and documentation as needed.
- Offer, seek and collate ideas for improvement in quality, throughput and efficiency.
- Comply at all times with industry standards and procedures.
General:
- Promptly respond to internal enquiries and maintain frequent contact with Head Office.
- Abide by customer’s and Stark’s health and safety and security procedures.
- Participate in regular training/learning activities to maintain and develop skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all Stark policies, procedures and working practices including all health and safety requirements.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required.
