This role will be instrumental in optimising revenue processes and supporting the global growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: Drive operational excellence across the revenue organisation Develop and maintain sales forecasting and pipeline management processes Design and implement revenue-focused KPIs and metrics Optimise our CRM and revenue tech stack Create and maintain sales compensation structures Streamline quote-to-cash processes Support territory planning and account segmentation Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making Requirements: 5+ years of Revenue Operations experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or Fintech Strong understanding of financial services, particularly post-trade operations Experience with Salesforce and revenue intelligence platforms Proven track record of implementing scalable revenue processes Excellence in data analysis and reporting Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience working with enterprise sales teams This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech company and play a crucial role in scaling revenue operations.
