Environmental Protection Consultantat AACE, UK wide (predominantly south west) Location: UK wide (predominantly south west)Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (dependent on background, qualification, and experience)Job Type: PermanentAACE has a number of excellent opportunities for qualified and experienced senior environmental specialists to join our safety and environmental team. Applicants will ideally have worked in the military or supporting defence organisations and had exposure to providing environmental protection contributions into defence.You will be working within an experienced team of subject matter experts (SMEs) providing environmental protection advice, guidance and leadership in a range of air, sea and land projects and programmes. You will need to be conversant with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) as well as possess strong written and oral English skills.Tasks will be focused on support to our Senior Environmental Practitioners and include the development of environmental impact assessments and integration of environmental protection work with safety engineering outputs. The right candidate may also provide technical contributions to bids and proposal writing.
