Position Summary: As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by understanding customer requirements, demonstrating our solutions, and helping to close deals. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure that clients are provided with tailored solutions to meet their specific business challenges. This is a key role that bridges the gap between client needs and product offerings, driving our growth across the EMEA region
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a similar role within financial services / banking
- Strong understanding of Fintech SaaS solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to travel to client sites within the EMEA region as needed.
- A passion for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Demonstration: Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand client requirements and craft tailored solutions using Quantios\’ product portfolio.
- Client Engagement: Assist the sales team in client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Quantios\’ technology solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Quantios’ solutions, including the latest updates and new features, to effectively address client needs.
- Sales Support: Provide technical support during the sales cycle by preparing proposals, answering client queries, and addressing objections.
- Market Research: Support the sales and marketing teams in identifying emerging trends, client needs, and competitive offerings within the Fintech SaaS market.
- Account Planning: Work with the Enterprise Account Director to develop and execute account plans that identify opportunities to expand client relationships and grow revenue.
- Training and Support: Assist in the onboarding of new clients by conducting product training sessions and providing ongoing technical support.
- Event Participation: Represent Quantios at industry events, forums, and customer advisory groups to engage with current and prospective clients.
