An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team of Accommodation-based Support Workers. If you are self-motivated and enjoy a challenge where no two days are the same, this role is for you!

As an accommodation-based Support Worker, you will work in our 24-hour service in Nuneaton, providing housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles, and helping individuals develop skills for independent living. You will collaborate with partners across the county using a multi-agency approach to achieve positive outcomes.

You must have a can-do attitude, be willing to go the extra mile, and think outside the box. You will also be responsible for accurately recording all paperwork on our internal IT system. Making decisions with the primary goal of supporting individuals to achieve their goals and create positive outcomes is essential.

The rota involves 4 shifts followed by 4 days off, including weekends and bank holidays as part of the normal working week.
