The firm already has a strong client base alongside referrals. We are seeking a Qualified Property Solicitor (2 years PQE) to join our dedicated team with an emphasis on client care. Responsibilities Managing a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages, and New Build developments. Handling cases from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of service throughout. Drafting and approving legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds. Managing all post-completion formalities. Providing clear, concise, and responsive legal advice to clients. Qualifications Minimum 2 years Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience, essential. Solid experience in managing a conveyancing caseload independently. Supervision experience / Head of Department would be ideal. Proven track record of meeting fee targets and deadlines. Strong legal knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process.
