An exciting full-time opportunity to join a respected law firm known for its professionalism and client-focused approach. The firm already has a strong client base alongside referrals. We are seeking a Qualified Property Solicitor (2 years PQE) to join our dedicated team with an emphasis on client care.
Responsibilities
- Managing a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages, and New Build developments.
- Handling cases from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of service throughout.
- Drafting and approving legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
- Managing all post-completion formalities.
- Providing clear, concise, and responsive legal advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience, essential.
- Solid experience in managing a conveyancing caseload independently.
- Supervision experience / Head of Department would be ideal.
- Proven track record of meeting fee targets and deadlines.
- Strong legal knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
