Chadwick Nott have recently received instructions from a highly regarded law firm with a strong presence both in the UK and internationally who are looking to recruit a NQ Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive into their central Exeter office.
As part of the wider civil litigation team, you will work on domestic and international personal injury disputes.
Responsibilities:
- Advise and represent clients in travel litigation, both in litigation and ADR.
- Handle claimant and defendant personal injury matters, including cross-border cases.
- Progress cases through litigation and explore ADR methods.
- Participate in team marketing and business development initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- NQ Legal Executive or Solicitor with litigation experience.
- Experience in English personal injury cases is essential.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Proven ability to manage and progress files independently from inception to conclusion.
- Strong client focus, commitment to service delivery, and a keen interest in business development.
- Strong academic record.
