We are looking for a friendly and proactive Receptionist to join our team at Maltings Academy. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for pupils, parents, staff and the wider community.

You will manage incoming calls and emails, greet visitors, support with administrative duties and ensure the smooth running of the school's front office. As part of our wider administrative team, you will also support internal communications, appointments, post and deliveries, and assist in providing first aid when required (training provided). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, people-facing role and wants to be part of a supportive school community.

About Maltings Academy: Maltings is an 11-16 academy based in Witham, Essex. Situated between the cities of Chelmsford and Colchester, the academy has 900 students on roll and benefits from a purpose-built building that was constructed in 2011. There are excellent transport links to London which enables our staff and young people to take full advantage of the wealth of opportunities that London provides. Free car parking facilities are available on site.
