As part of a dynamic team of Chartered Surveyors, Valuers, Building Engineers, and Environmental Health Practitioners , you will have the freedom to shape your career while contributing to a wide range of technical and consultancy projects across the public and private sectors. You will be involved in: Expert witness work Specific defect inspections Structural assessments New build monitoring Dilapidation services Schedules of condition Licence to alter assessments Party wall matters What We’re Looking For Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited) MRICS/FRICS qualification Full UK driving licence and access to a car Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent and accurate report writing skills Strong technical writing and communication skills Numeracy skills and commercial awareness Ability to foster relationships with professionals at all levels Well-organised with strong time management and ability to meet deadlines Proactive and diligent approach with a team-focused mindset Diversity & Inclusion At Blacksons, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone is valued, respected, and supported.
