Interim Assistant Company Secretary (FT / Hybrid – based in London) Our client, a global insurance provider, is looking for an interim assistant company secretary to start immediately. This role will involve working closely with the Deputy and Assistant Company Secretaries, providing support with: board minutes, board packs, maintaining records and other administrative Co-sec tasks. The role will be 6 – 12 months and the client is considering both FTCs and daily rate options. Start date in February.
