Responsibilities

• Be the heartbeat of the store: greet customers, provide enthusiastic service, and help them leave inspired and satisfied with their purchases.
• Support Store Management as a keyholder where applicable, including opening, closing, and running the store when needed (training provided).
• Assist with stock, pricing, merchandising, and deliveries to maintain attractive and organized displays.
• Engage with customers to promote brand and product awareness, helping them find items that meet their needs.

• Genuine and authentic; positive, creative, and passionate about the brand and products.
• Resilient in a fast-paced retail environment; capable of multitasking and handling busy days.
• Stock management and merchandising abilities; comfortable sorting and organizing stock.

Eligibility & Other

If you’re over 18, you’ll join as a keyholder. If under 18, you won’t perform keyholding duties until you turn 18, at which point training and pay enhancements are available.
