We put the customers at the forefront of everything that we do, and we are currently looking for outgoing Restaurant Team Members to join the team on a permanent basis to ensure that we continue to have an exceptional brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
• Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers
• Attempting to resolve simple customer enquiries and referring difficult customer enquiries to a Manager
• Ensuring food is prepared and stored and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
• Carrying out temperature checks and recording as per company process
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart
• Following critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation
• Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and as per shift manager directions
• Being aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant to contribute to achieving them
• Maintaining operational & kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort & convenience expectations, including restocking of workstations
• Reporting all work-related near misses, injuries and illnesses as soon as possible
• Following correct procedures and reasonable instructions, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when instructed

Qualifications & Requirements

Positive team player with previous customer service experience within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, a strong focus on the customer, and flexibility to work a range of hours including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
