We are delighted to be partnering with a much-loved b-corp scale-up in a fast-growing category in their search for a talented PR, Events and Partnerships Manager. Our client was founded to change the lives of their consumers, delivering high-quality products to customers\’ doors. 2025 will be an exciting time to join the business as they have ambitious growth plans over the next few years, and this role will play a key part in building brand awareness, equity, and creating an emotional connection with their target audience. Reporting to the Head of Brand, the successful candidate will have a particular focus on campaign planning, PR, events, activation, and partnerships. They will have a creative and strategic mindset and love building relationships with stakeholders. The Role Work with the Head of Brand on the development and scheduling of the marketing calendar to ensure all campaigns are executed smoothly and delivered on time, in budget, and to the highest quality. Own, manage, and develop PR strategies to increase brand visibility. Identify, develop, and manage key brand partnerships that align with business values and help expand reach and impact. Oversee the planning and execution of brand events, including activations, sponsorships, and experiential marketing initiatives to build engagement and brand loyalty. Drive initiatives that foster community engagement and strengthen the brand\’s relationship with its audience. Collaborate with colleagues in performance marketing, influencer marketing, social media, CRM, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns across all channels. Ensure brand campaigns are fully integrated and campaigns are seamlessly coordinated across all departments. Monitor and assess campaign performance, proactively addressing any potential issues or roadblocks. Manage and mentor junior team members. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for developing engaging, innovative campaigns.
