Utilizing telemetry data for alert response and troubleshooting. Detecting incidents through monitoring tools, notifications, and log files. Configuring monitors in collaboration with development teams. Incident Management: Supporting incident commanders by executing documented resolution steps. Logging incidents in the tracking system with clear symptom documentation. Collaborating with support, security, engineering, and customers to resolve incidents. Monitoring scheduled jobs for operational impact and identifying failures. Automation and Tooling: Deploying and operationalizing tooling with the engineering team. Developing Ansible playbooks for automated deployment and upgrades. Hands on experience with Terraform to manage infrastructure as code. Implementing and testing new tools and features. Qualifications Strong understanding of monitoring protocols (SNMP, WMI). Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Perl, Python).
