- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify potential leads within the EMEA region using various channels, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and cold calling. The role is predominantly focused on outbound lead generation.
- Outreach & Engagement: Execute and manage multi-channel outbound outreach strategies to effectively engage potential prospects.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies, sharing insights on market trends and customer needs.
- Lead Nurturing: Follow up on leads diligently and nurture relationships to guide prospects through the sales funnel towards conversion, with a primary focus on outbound-generated leads.

- Minimum of 1 year in a Business Development or Sales role, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
- Sales Technology Proficiency: Experience using tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience Selling to IT Personas: Demonstrated experience in engaging and selling to IT professionals, understanding their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Experience Selling Tech SaaS or Cybersecurity Technology: Experience in selling SaaS solutions or cybersecurity technologies is preferred.
- Experience Selling MSSP Services: Experience in selling Managed Security Services (MSSP) is preferred.
- Sales Methodologies: Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and BANT, with experience applying these frameworks in qualifying and advancing sales opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects across different cultures.
