What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shop floor, and at the collection counter.
- Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products, and process refunds.
- Maintain a neat and tidy stock room, restock products from deliveries.
- Assist customers on the shop floor with questions and provide product recommendations.
- Build knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to better assist customers.
