We are pleased to announce the opportunity for a Vehicle Acquisition Assistant within the Vehicle Acquisition and Analysis team to join the team at our European Head Office based in Egham, Surrey!

The successful candidate will be joining a team that works closely with our Groups and Vehicle Manufacturers across Europe in seeing over 100,000 European vehicle invoices audited and processed annually. This role will demand a significant degree of proactive ability and will be suited to someone with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Further, as part of this role you will be involved in providing reporting to assist both our Groups and vendors with tracking our payments as well as the continuous improvement of our payment processes.

Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring our vendor invoices are being processed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Working closely with our European Group teams and their vendors to improve vehicle invoice provision and accuracy.
  • Providing reporting on invoice payment status as required to our internal and external contacts.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level
  • Unwavering attention to detail, with a firm commitment to accuracy and consistency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PeopleSoft would be an advantage

Additional Information:

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday: 8.00am to 5.00pm, Minimum 3 days in the office per week, which may change depending on business need

Salary: £26,900-£30,600 per annum dependent on experience

Location: Enterprise House, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9FB Commutable via Public Transport
