We are currently hiring for an Operations Clerk based in one of our busy hubs in Exeter, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, starting at 7am, £24,398.40 annual salary.
Key responsibilities:
- Driver brief and debrief
- Allocate collections and deliveries
- Taking calls and managing customer complaints
- Answering and raising tasks on Salesforce CRM
- Occupy the customer collect/drop-off point
- Complete day to day admin tasks
- Carry out any other duties that may be reasonably required in the context of the job role as instructed by the Site/Operations Manager.
Experience & Skills required:
- Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The right candidate must have excellent multi-tasking skills and work well under pressure
- Experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
